I had a wonderful day in Singapore after leaving the ship. I spent most of it at Gardens by the Bay, the largest and most impressive botanical conservatory I’ve ever seen. Afterwards a quick walk around the marina and a stop at Dim Tai Fung for their famous pork and shrimp dumpling capped off the afternoon. And, unfortunately, as every foodie’s nightmare come true: my phone/camera died before it was served. It’s going to be an early night as I head to the airport at 4 am. USA here I come!
